Satin nickel finish single cylinder handleset from the Manchester collection with an interior Wave lever is ideal for use on front entry doors where keyed security is needed. Single cylinder handleset is locked and unlocked with a key on the outside or a turnpiece on the inside. Features emergency egress which retracts the latchbolt and deadbolt simultaneously when the inside lever is turned door will remain unlocked unless locked with a key. Lever trim is for a left hand door. Solid forged brass. 34 escutcheon tubular handleset includes an adjustable backset for the latchbolt and deadbolt fits a 1-34-in thick door and accommodates a 5-12-in center to center dimension only. Deadbolt is furnished with a specially designed reinforcing strike constructed of high grade steel for ultimate strength and durability. Designed for easy installation in standard pre-bored wood or metal doors.
