NTSC/PAL, Underscan Capability, Composite Video and S-Video Output, Component Pass-Through. The AV Toolbox V-223 Component to CS/SV Down Converter takes HD component signals up to 1080i and downconverts them to both composite and S-video signals. The converter can be switched to output either NTSC or PAL signals making it useful in most regions of the world. Additionally the system is equipped with a component pass-through preserving the HD signals for connecting to secondary HDTV displays. Selection of overscanned or underscanned video is also provided to give the user greater flexibility.
