This Welch Allyn Pocket Junior 95001 Diagnostic Set has 3 pieces: a carrying case with belt clip, Otoscope, and Opthalomscope. The Otoscope light turns on, but the Opthalomscope light does not turn on (the bottom of the battery compartment also does not unscrew, but can be accessed from the top). No accessories (or batteries) are included with this set.
