Perfect working condition. I am the one and only owner of this controller. I created some music through 2010 and then this Axiom went back in the original box to be stored properly in a temp/humidity spare room and went untouched until 2019 when I bought some vintage rack synths that needed a controller. When it wasn’t in use it was covered to keep dust out. Never left my smoke-free home. The beauty of this unit is that it has both 5-pin DIN MIDI jacks and USB MIDI. They really don’t build them as sturdy as this anymore. Comes with original software (though you may want to download the latest M-Audio drivers for newer PCs and Macs) in original box and packing material.
